  • How do I place an online order?

    Shopping for IBM Logostore products online is safe, secure and easy. Just follow these simple steps for placing a personal order. To place a business order log onto the Buy On Demand (BOND) system. Refer to instructions here.

    1. Browse through the IBM Logostore merchandise by rolling over on a department and then clicking on the products that interest you.
    2. Add items to your Shopping Cart.
    3. Register or verify your shopper information.
    4. Select your payment method and submit your order.
    5. Print your View Cart page or your Receipt.

  • How do I browse through the IBM Logostore?

    There are two ways to shop through the IBM Logostore, by clicking on a category and browsing through the product assortment and by using the Search feature to find a specific product.

    To use the Search feature, click on the Search button located on the top menu bar. A Search box will appear, offering the choice of searching by price or by keyword, or product name. Enter the information and click the button. For your convenience, Search results will be presented as active, "clickable" links that connect with product detail pages.

  • How do I add items to my shopping cart?

    Shopping the IBM Logostore is similar to shopping anywhere-you are in control.

    In order to purchase an item, you must first add it to your shopping cart. To do this, click on the product you want to purchase from the product thumbnail pages. A detailed product description will be presented, along with a menu allowing you to enter the specific quantity you wish to purchase and/or to specify the size you want (if applicable).

    Current on-hand inventory is also displayed here. If you don't see the quantity you need, please call Customer Service at 1-877-353-4207.

    Once you have selected the product and specified size and/or quantity, click the Add to Cart button. You will see the product appear in your Shopping Cart. This Shopping Cart will expand to include all of your selections and it also allows you to remove or update those selections by clicking on the Remove button or by clicking on the product name to take you back to the product detail page, where changes can be made. It is not necessary to log in for the Shopping Cart to function.

    At any time, you can see an expanded version of the Shopping Cart by clicking on the View Cart button located at the bottom of the Shopping Cart.

  • How can I check on the status of my order?

  • How do I pay for my merchandise order?

    All personal orders must be paid by Credit Card. Acceptable cards are: MasterCard, Visa or American Express. Dual Tender -Gift Certificates and Credit Cards used together. eCertificates purchased through the Canada IBM Logostore are not redeemable for purchases shipping outside of Canada.
    Your credit card payment will reflect payment to Staples Promotional Products.

    All business orders require a Purchase Order be issued.

  • I do not have a credit card. Is it possible for me to buy something from your e-Store by sending a personal check or money order?

    It is possible to pay by money order, you have to call customer service first at 1-877-353-4207 to place your order over the phone. We must receive the money order before we can ship the merchandise.

  • How do I redeem Gift Certificates?

    When you place an order you will be asked, during the checkout process, if you wish to redeem any gift certificates. Simply enter the certificate number and denomination. The numbers will be verified, and the certificate amount will be removed from your order total. Yes, certificates can be redeemed against freight and taxes.

    eCertificates purchased through the Canada IBM Logostore are not redeemable for purchases shipping outside of Canada.

  • How do I Submit an Order?

    When you are finished shopping, click on the Check Out button, located in the Shopping Cart. The Place Order page will be displayed.

    • Verify your billing information and shipping information, displayed on this page. If these need to be updated, click on the appropriate modify button and make the necessary changes. Click save.
    • Verify the shipping method. Normally, UPS Ground Shipping is the default method. If necessary, make changes by clicking on the modify button. Available shipping methods will be displayed in a drop–down box. Corresponding shipping cost estimates will be reflected in the shopping cart.
    • Verify the order information in your cart and make any final changes.
    • Enter your credit card information and click on Place Order to submit your order into the eStore's secure ordering environment.
    • Once you have placed your order, a purchase confirmation page will be displayed. From here, you may exit the on-line catalogue or continue shopping.

    Printing your Receipt
    If you would like a print out of your receipt, click on the My Account button located on the left navigation. Once logged in, you will be taken to the My Account page. Here, you should select Order History. Click on the specific order for which you want a receipt. A display of that order will be presented. Print this screen.

  • What is your return policy?

    IBM and Global Identity do not warrant any products in this catalogue and they provide them as is. Some manufacturers however, may offer warranties for individual products. Shipping, handling and postage will not be refunded. Your purchases are backed by our 90-day Satisfaction Guarantee. If the merchandise does not meet your expectations, we will gladly exchange it or accept the return for a refund or credit within 90 days of when you receive the order.

    Please call your IBM Customer Service rep 1-877-353-4207 before returning any merchandise. You will be supplied with the necessary return information. Returns will be accepted on any unused items. If you receive any product that has been damaged in transit or contains manufacturer's defects, please call your program administrator immediately for return instructions. For product damaged or opened during transit you must notify the courier upon signing for the package. Note: Returns will not be accepted on and special order merchandise unless an error has been made by Global Identity.

  • Can a Canadian IBM Employee ship merchandise outside of Canada?

    Not for business purposes. Exception is personal orders on personal credit card to home address. You must call Customer Service to place your order. Shipments outside of Canada will be charged a $65.00 documentation preparation fee as well as duties/taxes and shipping charges incurred.

    IBM Employee International Ordering Policy
    There are many issues that can come up when you ship promotional merchandise across borders, such as, some items cannot get into some countries because of where they originate from. To save you time and frustration and IBM from high import taxes and documentation fees when shipping logo merchandise into different countries, the Corporate directive is for IBM employees to purchase merchandise from the geography that the merchandise will be shipped to.   • Are there taxes applied to my order?

    Yes. All applicable Canadian taxes are additional: G.S.T./H.S.T. and P.S.T./Q.S.T.

  • What is the delivery time on a stock order?

    In-stock merchandise generally ships in 2-3 business days from receipt of order. Drop Ship merchandise generally ships in 2-4 weeks from receipt of order.

  • What happens if a product I order is on backorder?

    You will be advised on your Order Confirmation. Generally backorders are shipped within a 2 week period. If you have a specific date you require your goods for, please contact customer service for the EDD date so we can ensure your needs are being met, or an alternative is suggested.

  • How do I get a quote for Custom Orders, large quantity orders or ideas or products not shown on the e-Store?

  • Can a US IBM Employee order from the IBM Canada Merchandise Store?

    Yes, IBM offices in the USA are able to order, and ship within CANADA.
