  • In-Stock Merchandise

GCF is a third-party application that connects with Bond and houses a fully catalogued inventory of supplier items available for purchase. The instructions below explain how to use GCF to find items and build your cart for importing into Bond for the checkout process. Please do not use the Bond "Full Buyer" function to create shopping carts for these items as they will be rejected by Procurement.

    • Sign into Buy on demand (BOND) system using your IBM intranet ID and password.
    • In the "Search Catalog" section, enter the Staples Promotional Products catalog ID # gicaspp001 and click "Go".
    • The system will search the GCF inventory and return the current list of available products.
    • Browse and/or filter the results for the specific product you require.
    • Once you have located it, select the required quantity and click "Add to Cart". Repeat this step for all required products.
    • Once your cart is complete, click "Cart (x items, xx CAD)" at the top right corner to view or make changes, and then click "Submit".
    • Note that your shopping cart items have been added to your Bond shopping cart and that each item selected has come into Bond as 2 lines: one for the item itself, and the other for the associated freight cost.
    • Proceed with Bond checkout process.

For Bond support, contact the help desk at 1-888-767-4289 or NAPASC@in.ibm.com.
